Mac Ross

Managing Partner

Mac Ross is the Cofounding and Managing Attorney of Ross Felty, a Real Estate Law Firm. Mac brings a comprehensive perspective to every transaction.

Prior to starting Ross Felty, Mac worked for prominent developers and builders on the acquisition, entitlement, and structuring of residential, multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects throughout Florida. Mac focuses on guiding clients through complex real estate transactions with a steady hand and a clear voice. He has built a reputation for his calm, detail-oriented approach and his ability to keep deals moving — even when challenges emerge. Whether it’s a first-time home purchase, a luxury condominium closing, or a commercial site acquisition, Mac ensures every detail is handled with care.

Mac holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida and has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2017. He dedicates much of his free time to serving the real estate community through active volunteerism. Mac currently serves as President of the Attorneys’ Real Estate Council of Palm Beach County. In addition, he holds board positions with the Martin County Zoning Adjustment Board and the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Association of Realtors. He is also an active member of the Palm Beach Real Estate Development Council and the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, Mac maintains affiliate membership with both the Palm Beach Board of Realtors, Martin County Realtor Association and RWORLD.

Kyle Felty

Partner

Kyle Felty, cofounding attorney, is a Florida Bar board certified real estate attorney with over ten years experience as a lawyer. Prior to the practice of law, Kyle had four years experience as a residential and commercial real estate broker in the states of New York and Florida. The son of a real estate broker, real estate has always been a part of his life. Kyle has experience in every aspect of real estate law. He truly enjoys the practice of real estate law and building strong business relationships.

Jessica Cherubin

Real Estate Processor

A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Business Administration Management, Jessica worked in the insurance and management field for 15 years prior to becoming a Closer. She has the skills and ability to close complex transactions.

Kristin Demeritt

Real Estate Closer

A graduate of Lewis and Clark College in Portland Oregon, Kris has 20 years of experience handling real estate transactions, including substantial work with large developments and international clientele.

Deborah Miller

Operations Manager

With 30 years of professional experience, Deb has been a licensed real estate salesperson, V.P. of a local construction company, and a licensed Community Association Manager. Deb is also fluent in Spanish. Her knowledge and love of real estate help make her an exceptional Operations Manager.

Greg Nadeau

Real Estate Closer

Greg brings over 23 years of success and outstanding service in the real estate closing industry to the firm. A veteran of the United States Navy, Greg has an incredible work ethic. His persistence and determination ensure even the most complex transactions are closed.

Michelle Hunter

Mobile Notary

Michelle travels to our clients to provide the most convenient signing options. With over 30 years experience, she is very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and assures the signing process at closing goes smoothly.

Angela Prasad

Post Closing Dept.

A graduate of University of Florida, and a licensed title agent, Angela comes to our team with over 11 years experience in the legal field. She is responsible for all post closing matters for the firm.

Susan Stratton

Processor

Susan has been in the real estate industry since 2008 and also has years of experience in many areas of administration. She brings attention to detail and a broad array of knowledge with her. She loves what she does and enjoys spending time exploring all Florida has to offer.
